hey guys, i have a problem here. I have two websites pointed towards my ip in the DNS. i created the websites and they are working fine and in the same way i tried to create the ftp sites for both the sites, but for some reason i am unable to createthem. I mean i created the ftp sites but unable to start their service. I created two ftp sites,
if i give them ip as all unassigned it says “the serice could not be started because it is ot correctly sonfigured. make sure that the server bindings do not conflict with other sites on the server”, and if i give them ip the error what it gives is ” duplicate name exists on the network”.
i have a public ip and i am running IIS 4.0. I need FTP to upload pages through FTP daily. Please help me out guys, it’s really very important. Any sugestions from you people to make it work more easier??????
