Multiple Internet mail connections

How do I configure my Exchange server to receive a second internet mail connection with a different mail domain name?

We currently have user@companyname.co.uk and we want to add user@differentname.co.uk to be received and distributed by the same exchange server.

Both domain names are wholly owned by my company.

Do I need to build a new exchange server?
