Multiple monitor with different output?

I’m planning to create a program (in vb) like a media player. with this program, i must install a 4 monitor in just one cpu. Problem is, i don’t know if this is possible. the 4 monitor must display different output. for examle, movie one must be configured to be played at monitor 1, and so on. Please help me find a syntax on configuring the video card to be used for your output. is it possible that i can just use the video splitter to activate this 4 monitor?
