Multiple Network profiles

I support multiple consultants that must login to multiple networks with different domain names, DNS address proxy address and other network properties at several different clients sites. The only common thing among these clients is the network protocol they use- TCPIP. Some times the users are also working at their home workgroup also using TCPIP. Is there a way or a product that enables users to create a network profiles for each client (network connection/login), and activate this profile with a simple Double-click.

I assume many IT Managers have encounter some similar problem
