Multiple Network Profiles in Win 2000

I would like to create multiple network profiles on windows 2000 laptops, so users can travel back and forth from a home network (which is a workgroup) and the office network (windows NT 4 domain), without issue.

Can this be done without multiplenetwork cards, or third party software? Thanks.
