Multiple OS

Hi,

I have a Pentium II 233 with 98MB RAM with 4.3 GB HDD. OS is Windows ME, Software: Partition Magic 5.0 Professional Edition.

My question is: Is it possible to install Windows 2000 without reformating and having to reinstall all the software I have all ready installed. I have two partitions C and D both FAT 32.
