Multiple Tape Backup

I have just being assigned to configure our backup server so that it can use more than one tape drive. I have a Brightstor Arcserve Backup software and I have more than one SureStore DLT80 tape drives connected to different servers.
Is there any kind of connector(s) that I can use to connect all these drives together to the backup server? Please if there is, let me know the name.
How can I configure my backup server to use any of these tape drives automatically/ simultanoeusly?
All help towards solving this issue will be appreciated.
