Multiple Times Zones in UDB

I am running UDB V7 on a MS 2000 Clustered Server. I have 5 database instances each supporting 1 database used to maintain a warehouse’s realtime inventory. One of my warehouses is on Eastern time, the other 4 are on Central time. How do I support multiple time zones in my database environment? I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
