Musicstacker 4.0.0

I downloaded Musicstacker 4.0.0. (The program that records DRM protected audio into burnable content) and purchased a serial number. I also registered, and activated it. I recently upgraded to Vista Home Premium and whenver I try to open the program I get the hourglass for a few seconds then nothing… Does anyone know how I could fix this? It wont even launch when i uninstall and reinstall and keep “Launch Musicstacker when finished” box checked. I’m hoping this is fixable or I’m going to be after a refund….
