My Celeron 2. somthing was to slow

I have pc in my house Intel Celeron 2++ Motherboard ECS Inno 3d 64bit 40gb Hardisk 72RP. with a memory of 512 DDR pc 333. its almost 2yrs from now i the first year service of that computer have no problem but after that its begin to show some deficulties like slow booting .. i can even play games its gets hang.. ill try to re program it but still dont work.. can anyone tell me what happening to my Dam Celeron… thnxz for ur help guys
