My documents folder contents disapearing

I have used the redirection of MY DOCUMENTS for a while now and just installed 2000 Servers. My users are now saying that the contents of the MY DOCUMENTS folder is disapearing. Does anyone know what is up.My network is all Fiber, it is high speed.
