My Maxtor One Touch 4 Can’t be found

Hi, my computer recognizes I have added an external drive, but in “My Computer” it doesn’t show. When I’ve gone to “Computer Management” it shows up under “Device Manager (Disk Drives)” as a Maxtor One Touch USB device, but when I go to disk Management, it shows that the drive is Unallocated. If I right click I don’t get the option to change drive letter and path. It only give me a “Properties” option.

If I open that, it tells me the drive is working correctly.

Can someone please help me out?
