my pc has a paged fault in none paged ar

i’ve tried rebooting, reloading windows, reinstalling windows, with no
luck.

I tried using a slave drive and making it a master and installing
windows with the same blue page of death.. i have gotten it to goto the windows
logo loading thing when i hit f8 and start with last known good config,
then from there it just reboots and goes back to the menu, and wants to load
windows normally, and just keeps rebooting over and over again.
Im out of ideas, i cleared the board, pulled everything off and reinstalled no luck.

the bios.. i just am out of ideas. hope this helps
