my STB is restarting in specific time

guys,my streamers are connected to the netgear L3 switch, and netgear L2 connected to the L3 switch. i have enable the IGMP snooping and unknown multicast traffic filter is enable. 3 STB are connected to the L2 switch, all streaming are working perfectly video also coming to the TV, but it still restarting after about 4 minutes. Please help me guys to solve this thing. also when i disconnected one STB from the network rest of STB also restarting. please help me guys im new to this subject.
