My TEchRep Account closed??

three days ago i relised that i couldn’t log on to techrep using my logon name and password. thinking i had forgotten mu password, aasked for a tempolary one and this one didn’t work either.
i tried opening a new acount using all the previous inf, only the password was still an issue. i am now using all the previous inf except for the email address. is it possible for techrep to close accounts like some people have been experiencing with hotmail?
