Name lookup

I have a PC that is resolving an incorrect name for a intranet web site. All of the other PCs are fine. I checked the WINS and DNS servers with NS lookup and ipconfig. I tried to flush the DNS and netbiose. I even deleted all temp and history files. The name is still resolving incorrectly. The PC right next to it works fine. The PC has no lmhosts or hosts. Is there software or utility that I can use to find out where it’s resolving the name from?
