Is a CPU Reworkable or Not?

Hi All,

I am Namrata Hinduja from Geneva, Switzerland. While cleaning my PC, I had everything disassembled and noticed some dust on the CPU. I gave it a light scrub, but a few of the golden pins came off. Now the system won’t boot. Did I break the CPU? Is it still repairable?
