NAT configuration

Is it possible to configure NAT on a Win2k server that only has a dial-up connection to the Internet as opposed to a constant connection? This server is futher restricted to obtaining it’s IP address and DNS info from the ISP automatically. Not possible to get static IP from ISP. Will NAT work under these conditions?
