NAT for internet sharing and PCAnywhere

Hi,
I’m trying to connect the a clent(boss’s Pc running PcAnywhere) computer in Lan through our win 2000 server over the the internet. Boss wants to access his office pc from home which runs PCanywhere too.

I installed NAT in Win200 server thereby disabling Internet Connection sharing (ICS). but when Nat is installed we cannot acess the internet from the lan .

Please help.
