Ndetect Window

When my computer boots up–this window ALWAYS appears. I X it out and that is fine but would like to get rid of it all together. Can you help?? “This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor” At the very top left of the window it says Ndetect. At the bottom of these two sentences you can mark close or details. Sincerely, Betty
