NDS migration to Active Directory

We are going to slide from Netware – Windows 2000 mode network to Active Directory only base. I would like to know if is there a way to migrate all my NDS objects to AD ? I know that NT 4.0 has these feature but beside moving all to NT 4.0 and then upgrade to DC 2000, is there other way to do this ?…
