Need a login script to activate WINPOPUP

I need to be able to have the feature winpopup.exe execute at login and minimize in the toolbar, so users are able to receive server messages when problems occur with the internet or email system. Does anyone know how or where I can find info on creating login scripts to do the above on win95 and win98 machines? Thanks so much
