Need Help with Windows Registry

I received this error :

Windows encountered an error accessing the system registry. Windows will restart and repair the system registry for you.

I restart but the problem is still there.

Deleting the win386.swp doesnt solve it.
Doing a scanreg /restore in dos also cannot work.

Anyone knows whats wrong?
