Need to delete files in a Folder created by Norton.

I have a Folder that was created by Norton Systemwworks; these are filess that were deleted. I have attempted to remove them but I receive an error the reads “Cann’t delete file. Cann’t read from source disk or file.”

I’ve tried to remove with a DOS command, used Norton’s removal tool. I’ve uninstalled the program; file still remains. Norton’s software tech(s)have attemted to fix the problem.

The folder is taking up over 65% of my hard drive; I need to be able to get my hard drive space back – Nothing seems to be able to remove the files.

Any sugggestion???
