need to move the mbr to a secondary drv

I recently bought a new hard drive and installed it as slave and loaded win 2003 server on it. The primary hd is running win 98′. I have a dual boot right now, but want to remove the hd with 98′ and just use the new 80gb hd with server 2003. I know I have to create a boot sector on the new hd in order for it to boot by itself but can’t quite remember how. How do I move/copy the boot files to the new hd so that it will work alone?
