Need to print PRN file

Saved a Korean Word95 document as FILE.PRN hoping to print on English WINME. In the past, I would just type PRINT FILE.PRN in the DOS screen. Tried to drag and drop the file into the printer folder but failed as well. Would like to know if this can be done.
