Net Logon Error

This is the error I’m getting on the PDC.

The session setup from the computer BFCU2 failed to authenticate. The name of the account referenced in the security database is BFCU2$. The following error occurred:
Access is denied.

Micorsoft says you can fix this easily with netdom utility, but i don’t have the untility. How can you force the PDC to reset the secure channel between the BDC. Use microsoft artile Q150518 for reference.
