Net User

Hi I am writing a web page to add users to a Windows Nt domain. Currently my page writes to a file and I have a task check for a file every 5 minutes and this task write the information to add the user. Is there a way to write code to make it happenstraight from the page using either asp or asp.net with say vb.net?
