netgear causing problems

Can anyone help me.
Added Netgear interner adaptor,now after boot screen message telling me rtlgina2.dll is missing or needs replacing – restart,
I cannot get passed this screen to install fix on pen drive. Tried safemode but pen drive will not work.

Anybody else had this problem to get passed the restart screen? have tried system restore in safe mode but it still brings me back to this screen.
