netlogon error

In my office network i have winnt4.0 sp6 and exchange server5.5 loaded on it The problem i am facing is whenever i am starting the server i am geting the netlogon error message
2114 and nobody is able to login the server.
i have manually start thenetlogon service from control panel after that the server is working fine.and all users can login to the server.
