Netlogon Event 5781

I have a new install of a Windows 2000 server and continue to receive the warning message in the event log: Dynamic registration or deregistration of one or more DNS records failed because no DNS servers are available. I have reinstalled, auto configured manually configured and cannot resolve it. It appears to be a client error. I located an article at MS tech sight Q260910 which stated to install SP1 which I did and this did not resolve the warning. I would like to clear up this warning before I let my users attach to it. It is the only 2000 server in my network running DNS and Active Directory. Any help provided would be greatly appreciated.
