I am receiving a Netlogon error in my event viewer. The server takes an extremely long time to boot-up and periodically throughout the day the server will slow down and generate more netlogon errors. All users are able to logon to the server with no difficulties. Here is one of the error messages.

There are other error messages. However, they all follow the same format with the exception of which DNS site is failing. I have an idea as to what is causing this error, but I would like some confirmation before proceeding with a fix.
