Netmeeting/need CTRL ALT DELETE

During Netmeeting sessions, I frequently must run defrag. I normally CTRL-ALT-DELETE to close all running programs. Netmeeting doesn’t have this functionality for anything less than NT. Does anyone know the RUN command to pop up that CLOSE box? I’vetried using TASKMAN but that doesn’t bring up resident programs like the antivirus we use. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!!! PS Having the user on the other end do it isn’t really an option I’d like to use.
