Netscape 6,7 & dHTML

I have been all over the Internet trying to showcase my abilities by making my resume homepage cross browser. The page that works the way I want it in IE (http://members.aol.com/jtfresume/resume/employers.html) falls down when I try to re-write the styles AFTER the page has loaded. Has anyone gotten DHTML to work in NS6/7 or does NS even know how it works? HELP!
