Netscape 7.1

Hello:

A neighbor has called with a mail access problem.
The OS is Win 98 and she uses netscape 7.1 to browse the web and to access email.

When she tries to access her mail that is downloaded to her pc she gets an error message saying: repair configuration file inside netscape.

She really has her knickers in a twist about this as there are some important files stored there.

I have no experience with netscape so any suggestions will be greatly appreciated !!
