Netscape6.0 – Prefill Form ???????

Netscape6.0 has a feature “Prefill Form” which stores the data entered in the web page , suppose , by the 1st User .But this important data can be used by the Second user also by using Prefill Form , which makes the data of 1st user insecure and transperant..
Is there any way that we can avoid Prefill Form in Netscape6.0 not Manually but using some Tags in any Language ????
