netsend on WinNT 4.0

Hi All,
After sending the netsend, receiver gets the message as
“MESSAGE FROM ‘sender’s m/c name”.
Can I change this FROM name temporarily?
By “net name NEWNAME” u can add a new name. But how to make “NEWNAME” as the default so that people who get the mesg from me will get it as
“MESSAGE FROM NEWNAME …mesg…”
