Network 2 PC’s…..

I am fixing a WinXP PC, it won’t boot or anything. How can I connect my PC (Win98SE, Compaq 5000, Intel Celeron 700) to the other WinXP Pro, Athlon Duron 1.7, Generic Brand) So I can access it to fix it and more importantly to format it so I can Re-Install WinXP on it?
