Network 2 remote Pc’s Win 98/ME

A small business has one PC at the office and one PC at home. Wishes both PC’s to share files/data.

Would Laplink be ok on dial up. Or would a network card like PCI NE-2000 BNC/UTP Combo 10MB/s be ok. Also how does this netowrk card work for non direct cable PC’s.

If neither above. What could I use?
