network access problem

I have a windows 2000 and win -me on a peer to peer nwtwork. the win me can access the win2000 pc but the win 2000 cant access the win me pc. When I try to accesss the win me from the win 2000 pc I get a message saying the win me is not accessable, “the specified server can notperform the requested operation”. Yet the win me can access the 2000 pc.Please help
