Network Adapter Install on NT4

Hi,
I am trying to install a network adapter (DFE530TX) on an NT4 workstation. I try doing this in the control panel -> network. I click “have disk” and “ok” for the driver but then the system tells me that there is no network card present. The card is physically attached AND working because I have it working on the same machine (different OS (win 98)).
Any suggestions? Thanks
