network assistant

i want to knowi want to know about network assistant. i’ve been always
noticing network
assistant under help menu on my computer but whenever i clicked on it, there’s
always an information about how to get in touch with them. In addition to the
fact that the information there doesn’t show the whole paeragraph because of
small window which i can’t do nothing about it, it doesn’t give me enough
explanation how to use it. May i have an enough information about network
assistant and its use? Thank you.
