Network Boot Disk

How do I create a network boot disk in Windows 2000 Advanced Server. I needed to boot a PC that would not boot up even in Safe Mode. I want to transfer the data files to the server and fdisk it because the registry is corrupted and cannot be fixedusing the scanreg.
