Network Boot disk

I have created a network boot disk using NT’s Network Client Administrator. I am using the correct NDIS driver for my Xircom Card. When I boot the machine into DOS everything initializes from the boot disk, then I get an “Error 8: There is not enough memory available.” This happens after the autoexec.bat finishes loading the applications. Any idea how to fix this issue.
