Network BootDisk (ms-dos)

This for 250 point.
I need the exact intructions on how to create a BASIC network bootDisk from Scratch. I dont want to use the clients folder found on the NTsever disk or any other wizzard. i just need the bare min to do this.

I need the disk to boot up and connect to a Win2k workgroup, to a specific share
Which will require a username and password. I also require to be abole to use the “net use” command.

How is this done? what are the commands required in the autoexec.bat, config.sysand protocol.ini files. What other files are need.
