Network Bootdisk

I am looking for a network bootdisk. I am running Windows XP and using an “Intel Pro/100 VE Network connection” adapter. No matter what drivers I try I cant seem to boot. It gives me errors about “not binding”?????
Has anyone created a disk with this adapter before?
