Network Card

Hi,
I am using a Dell Inspiron 7000, with Dual Boot. NT Server 4, SP6 in C and Win2K in D. My Network Card (Dell/3com, 3CCFE575BT-D) works perfect with Win2K, P&P. With NT4, no way, I’ve tried all the SW by Dell, even with SP 4&5, no go. With SP6, the lights are on, showing net activity, but it can’t get an IPadress or hit a domain.
Help!!! I need to have NT running to install a specific SW on the worknet.
