Network Drive Error

We’ve Windows NT Server 4.0 and Client Side we’ve 60 computers connected using Windows 95 & 98. On Client side there was a error occured.
“The device does not exist on the network read drive W.”
‘W’ is our mapped network drive which disconnects many times. We are using 10/100 bst Hub and NICs. I need help.
