Network Engineering based jobs

I’m a bachelor in Electronics and Communication Engineering.Besides this I have completed my MCSE Certification in NT.I have a better knowledge in Windows NT Administration,Networking devices and protocols although I am familiar in Digital communication and communication systems.But my practical knowledge is zero.I would like to know that how can I get a job in Networking field?.Is there is any firm giving oppurtunities to the fresh MCSE’s?What is the minimum requirements for a networking job?Which area of networking is highly demanding?
