Network files not appearing on Windows7 client.

Folders and files are being shared from SBS 2008. All XP clients on the network have no issues. On my new Windows7 desktop however, if somebody else posts a file or folder onto a share, it does not appear when I browse to that folder either through a ,mapped drive, or a UNC path. If I wait several minutes, or logoff/on, the files will then appear. If I go to the folder where I knoiw the file exists, and try to create a new file with the same name, it will then tell me there is a duplicate, then the file will appear.

This happens intermitently throughout the day.
